POLINI Variateur

The brand new Polini variator for Piaggio Vespa 125 4-stroke, available in the « original » version, has been designed to increase performance at a competitive price compared to the Evolution model.

This variator improves engine performance by ensuring stronger acceleration and at the same time a smooth speed development.

Made of nickel-chromium steel, the bushing is characterised by a very low coefficient of friction. It features the advanced carbon-based DLC treatment, an innovative technology specially developed for motorsport and aviation. It is particularly suitable for sliding components and parts that are subject to high wear.

The large inner pocket of the bushing acts as a grease reservoir. Inside it is a special spring that ensures even distribution of the lubricant on the pin, even under the most demanding operating conditions.
