Polini Motori has designed and manufactured a new complete range of special parts
to make the Piaggio Liberty 50 iGet 4stroke 3v engine even more performing.

In order the steps recommended to increase the performance:
1st step – ECU: item 171.0007
Performance increase till 55 Km/h

2nd step – Hi Speed variator: item 241.737
Performance increase till 60 Km/h

3rd step – Cylinder kit: item 140.0223 and gear up sets: item 202.1414
Performance increase till 88 Km/h

Attention: It is of prime importance to purchase the ECU as first step since the rpm
limiting device is brought to 9600rpm against 8000 rpm of the original ECU.

POLINI ECU FOR LIBERTY 50 iGet 4STROKE 3V
Polini ECU, Engine Control Unit, proper for Liberty 50 iGet is the gear case
specifically set up for the 4stroke engine with electronic injection.
Polini ECU controls and optimizes the quantity of fuel taken into the cylinder to modify
the injection timing. It perfectly adapts to the Liberty 50i Get with the proper harness
connected to the original injector.
Polini ECU is provided with 3 different maps:
1st map – original engine and variator
2nd step – original engine and Polini Hi-Speed variator
3rd step – engine equipped with Polini cylinder, Polini Hi speed variator and Polini gear
up sets.

To achieve the best performance it is necessary to choose thebest technologies. This
is why Polini has produced the Hi speed variator for Piaggio Liberty 50 iGet 4 stroke 3
valves.
The variator changes the power output of your scooter at every rpm, improving pick-
up and acceleration. The kit includes the fixed half pulley redesigned with new
degrees to increase the belt excursion to improve the maximum speed. The HI-SPEED
for Liberty 50 iGET 4 stroke has been designed with specific settings for the original
scooter equipped with Polini ECU.

The new Polini Cylinder kit mad of aluminium alloy is proper for Piaggio Liberty 50
iGET 4stroke 3V.
The performance are granted thanks to thedisplacement increase brought to 78,8cc,
the improved bore to 49mm and the compression ratio of 11,6:1.

By installing on your scooter Liberty 50 iGet 47stroke 3V the Polinigear up sets, it is
really easier to reach the maximum speed with an increase of 60%.
Polini gear up sets are made with 14-43 ratio, longer compared to the original ones of
11-54.
They are made of special steel to grant higher resistance against wear and stresses.
