The new aluminium thermal kit represents a performance and technical evolution to increase engine power using a special aluminium alloy for the cylinder, which grants high rigidity even at the highest temperatures caused by intense use.
The cylinder liner is coated with a co-deposit of nickel and carbon silicide assuring utmost reliability and anti-wear properties. The new specifically designed piston is made of materials that guarantee to maintain its shape and mechanical properties even at high temperatures. Its particular geometry results in a very gap piston thus reducing inertia forces and allowing the engine to reach very high rpm.
The chromium plating of the piston rings, made of nodular cast iron at high surface finish and a special crankshaft-con-rod with full washers with specific balance, complete this kit that combines performance and reliability.
