Clutch cover Polini – Vespa PK 50-125, XL, XL2

The reinforced clutch cover from Polini is a direct development from motorsport and eliminates several weaknesses of the original cover from Piaggio.

Thanks to the rack and pinion drive, friction is reduced and allows the clutch pressure plate to slide smoothly, making clutch actuation easy and easy to control. This is particularly pleasant for clutches with stiffer springs.

The cover is made from a high-strength aluminium alloy and has additional reinforcing ribs. This minimises the risk of deformation in tough racing conditions as a result of the heat and force exerted by hard clutch springs.

The clutch lever and return spring are made of stainless steel to prevent corrosion, while the lever of the PK variant has 2 mounts with different lever lengths for the clutch cable.

The special seal with silicone insert ensures a clean seal.

This clutch cover is suitable for Vespa Smallframe engines of the PK 50-125.
