By significantly lowering the oil and corresponding water temperatures, TwinAir’s patented cooler can maintain the performance of your rides and your engine for longer.

The TwinAir solution is a revolutionary improvement. Zigzag fins were a passive method at best. Longer cooling hoses stung and were less effective. Unlike traditional refrigerant-based methods that are connected to the water cooling system, TwinAir’s design is the first ventilation-driven solution. A mounting panel behind the radiator guides flexible hoses that circulate the oil into a unique, circular cooling grid made up of three sets of three short pipes, each designed to maximise heat exchange.

The Twin Air cooler kit contains everything you need: Heat exchanger, mounting accessories, oil filter cover, hoses, clamps and step-by-step instructions.

The Twin Air & oil cooler’s unique recirculating heat exchanger cools the oil by channelling it through the tubes in a 3-chamber element. To maximise heat exchange and maintain the optimum oil pressure, we opted for a 6 mm ID rubber hose. Our tests with a rubber hose compared to a stainless steel braided hose showed that the rubber hose provided better heat exchange and maintained engine pressure. The Twin Air Ölkühler is mounted behind the left-hand radiator and comes with all the necessary mounting material.
