POLINI Carter

Polini Motori has designed this crankcase to increase in power your moped. The crankcases are supplied in 3 different versions according to the moped model (see technical schedule). This crankcase can be used to assemble both original cylinders or upgrade cylinders: Ø41-43-46 pistons. With the new crankcase it is not necessary to modify the crankshaft because the intake valve is more advanced compared to the original one: anyway if you have got a balanced crankshaft (as from plan A) you can assemble it because it will not compromise the maximum power of the engine, but it will increase the power at low speeds. To assemble the new crankcase you must take the motor block away from the frame, disassemble the engine and carefully wash all the parts to use them again, new crankcases included.
